Bright Building-111 South Meridian Street: Adaptive Reuse-Restor

An Adaptive Reuse of an early 20th Century masonry building in the Indianapolis Historic Warehouse district, that was redesigned with four luxury condominiums, one per floor on the upper four floors, and retail on the first floor. The building renovation included stabilization of the exterior masonry, removal of an aluminum 1960’s façade on the Meridian Street elevation, and repair and replacement of exterior terra cotta, and installation of historical acceptable insulated double hung windows.
